Bride and Prejudice star Dannii Erskine has died, her family have tragically confirmed after a fatal accident caused by a speeding driver






Dannii Erskine of Bride and Prejudice Australia fame has died aged 28, her family have announced.




Her family said that Dannii died in a car crash on April 28 as they took to social media to confirm the devastating news.







Dannii found fame on the 2019 season of Bride and Prejudice: The Forbidden Weddings as she made a bid to marry her partner, Denton Ansley.




However, it was documented during her time on the programme that her mum and sister didn't approve of Denton.




Sharing the news of her tragic death, a family member took to Dannii's Instagram to share a photo of her alongside the devastating announcement.

"28/04 took Dannii's life to a speeding driver – an awful accident," it read before adding: "We appreciate and respect wishes we have received as a family.




"The account is going to be deleted in the next day. Thank you for your support and respect."




Shortly after, her devastated relatives took to Dannii's Instagram stories to share a snap of the late star alongside the caption: "Rest well Dans.
